Dr Shefali Singh is a wellbeing professional, published author and reflective growth facilitator with a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies and over 10 years of experience across health, education, training, content development, parenting support and behavior change communication.
Through Amend to Heal, she offers a calm and thoughtful space for individuals, parents, women, educators and organizations to pause, reflect and understand themselves better. This is a gentle wellbeing space with no clinical labels, no judgement, no taboo and no pressure. The focus is on peaceful reflection, caring support and small meaningful steps toward emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
